A family-owned Latin restaurant built on passion, perseverance,
and a love for sharing our culture with the Gainesville community.
Founded by Tinker and Antonella, alongside their children Maximo, Matteo, and Marcello, our story began in Venezuela and found a new home in Gainesville. In 2019, we took a leap of faith and launched Tinker as a food truck. The love and support we received from the community inspired us to grow, leading to the opening of our first restaurant in Downtown Gainesville in 2020. What followed was a journey of learning, growth, and resilience—driven by a clear purpose: to bring an authentic Latin experience to Gainesville.
With grateful hearts, we proudly opened our second location in Tioga in 2024. Today, we remain a locally owned and family-operated restaurant, committed to quality and authenticity. From freshly squeezed lime and orange juice to cocktails made with natural juices and 100% Certified Angus beef, every detail reflects our dedication to real flavors and honest ingredients.
